Here are my projects with the March kit!!!! I really LOVE all the mixed media that is so popular right now in the crafting world, but......I'm just no good at it. Well, the Main kit is perfect for traditional scrapping if you're like me and just want to create a traditional page or project.
This first page is a photo of our youngest ds and his wife right before the birth of their first baby!!! I pulled the browns from the kit to match the colors in the photo!! I made the little posie blooms from the paper and adding a button and pearl!
This one is the only one that I did any extra technique on at all, just a little misting of the paper for the circles and mat. I love the pretty lace included in this kit! The little bows are made from paper too! The tags were made with some of the packaging! This is our sweet little Ava!!
For this one I cut some circles and matted them. I also cut swirls from some of the pattern paper and made the blooms from the paper as well! This is the day our sweet little Ava was born!!!
I had to do a heritage theme page with these papers!!! So here it is! I punched little butterflies from the cork included in the kit! I used some of the little burlap bows too!
Last, I used the outside of the die-cut paper in the kit. I used the center in the baby layout. This is our dd's precious baby, our little Kinsey Grace!!!! We have two beautiful Granddaughters now!!!! I kept this page really simple, using mostly the alpha stickers. A couple of little punched butterflies too!
