**MOXXIE Love***

Today I wanted to share one of the Moxxie collections that is one of my favorites. It's the XOXO collection. I love all of the elements that are on the rubons and sticker sheets!!!

I had these cute pics of Patrick and Taylor and tinted them slightly to go better with the paper. Here is the actual page. I just added some blooms and bling.

Here is a close-up of some of the blooms and the large heart! I used foam popdots for some dimension also.

On this close-up you can see where I used some pretty crocheted lace from Really Reasonable Ribbon and threaded a small printed ribbon through it. I also used my Zig marker and outlined the border of the page.

This is a super fun collection to work with! I still have plenty of leftovers to play with, so I'm sure there will be more XOXO fun in my future!!! Thanks so much for stopping by!!!!

OUAS Team "B" Reveal

October Challenge - TEAM B Reveal

Hi everyone! I hope you have been enjoying the current challenge over at Once Upon A Sketch.. Today the second half of our team shows  us how they interpreted the challenge.

Theme: The following quote..

great life quote.

We would like you to create a layout based on this quote. You can interpret it ANY way you like. There is no wrong or right way to interpret this quote  but your layout must incorporate something from this quote AND the sketch below. Please make sure that we see some sort of journalling on your layouts and please tell us where your journalling is . Hidden journalling is perfectly fine.

Here is my take on this challenge:

I used photos of me with my boys, it took several shots to get ready!!! My quote is journaled around the edge. I used  Imaginarium Designs chippie butterflies and the clock. I embossed them with Suzy West WOW embossing powder.

I used Webster's Pages "All About Me" papers. I used hemp twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon. The blooms are a combination of Webster's Pages and Kaisercraft along with the little blue pearls. The cardstock is by WorldWin Papers and I used Zig markers. Here is a close-up.

Here you can see one of the little butterflies and a piece of Tim Holtz film strip tucked underneath.

And here is a close-up of the larger butterfly, I cut some "snippets" from the WP papers and placed them on the page also.

This is a fun challenge and Nadia has given us a great sketch again! There are super awesome prizes, so please go over to OUAS and join us for the fun!

Anna Griffin "Make Your Own Paper Flowers"

I have something exciting to share today. Anna has been busy doing shows at HSN and also just got back from QVC UK. One of the new products that she debuted is a kit "Make Your Own Paper Flowers"! It is awesome, and so easy. I know so many scrappers that make their own flowers, this makes it even easier!

She has a giveaway on her blog today, go leave a comment on a chance to win! Her blog is HERE.

I thought I would share the pages that were shown during the presentation that I did. I had so much fun with these. And she has more new and exciting things to come! I can't wait for you to see them!

First, this is a wedding photo of our dd, I used the white gardenia pieces for these. All of the paper and other elements are also Anna Griffin, Inc. including the punches used.

 Here is a close-up:

This is a heritage photo of my Dad with his brothers and sisters. This is another pattern included in the kit, for the little roses and I used some of the patterned gardenia as well.

another closeup:

This is my cousin "Addy", she's such a little cutie pie. I used the lovely pink for this one!

and a closeup:

And last, a wedding page using a mix of the blooms. I love the colors, she has plenty of solid and patterns to mix and match to your liking!

and one more close-up:

Here is the link for HSN where you can order the kit! HSN site Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to visit Anna's blog for a chance to win an awesome flower kit!.

Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop Time!!!

It's time again!!! Time for a new Ribbon Club assortment from Really Reasonable Ribbon and another super Blog Hop. I hope you join us for the fun. This assortment is awesome and perfect for any holiday crafting that you planned!

There is a gorgeous white crocheted lace, 6 patterns and two solids, all beautifully coordinated. I created two cards and have some layouts planned as well.

You should have arrived here from Heidi's Blog. If you get lost along the way just go back to the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog HERE.

For this first card I used some Anna Griffin foiled and patterned paper for my background. I added a strip of the white lace across the red foil pattern. Then I used the white patterned ribbon and the wider pattern green ribbon from the assortment together. I added a bow with the white pattern. I added a sentiment sticker and a few Christmas blooms.

On the second card I chose to keep it simple. I had a vintage cutout and placed it on a piece of scrap silver foiled paper. For this one I added three red bells and layered the green sentiment ribbon on top of the wider solid green and used a white/pattern bow! (I apologize for the glare, the foil wouldn't photograph well!)

Now, please make sure to follow the hop and stop and each blog. You will have a chance to win an assortment. The next stop will be here at Misty's blog. And don't forget to check back at the RRR blog for the latest challenge!!! We'd love to have you join us!

I hope you have a lot of  fun along the way!  See you next month!

Now, for my project. I chose to do a layout. I used some pictures of our dd carving a pumpkin and decided to go black and white with them to show the color of the paper a little more, it's gorgeous paper and patterns, but it's muted, so the b/w pics made it pop a little more.

I did some ink work on this one too! And added some ribbons and trim from Really Reasonable Ribbon and a couple from my stash too! The alpha letters are Websters Pages Storytellers stickers. I also matted the center with purple cardstock to seperate the colors. I used pop dots ujder the little oval scallop frame to add dimension.

The first thing that I did on this was to use markers and lightly color in the pumpkin, then I used purple and green glitter pens and went over the stem and swirls around it!

Here is a closeup. I traced over the spider web with a glitter gel pen and added a little "bling" in the center!!! I used Baker's Twine through the buttons. The little blooms are from my stash, they're older Prima and the purple ribbon was from my stash too!

I used two colors of Baker's Twine from Really Reasonable Ribbon threaded through the button. The orange and purple!

This collection is probably my favorite Halloween collection ever, the patterns are just awesome, I love the pumpkin and other designs on every sheet!!! I hope you have fun on the hop and don't forget to take a minute to comment so you can win the entire collection!!!!
