Reveal Time at MCS (My Creative Scrapbook)

It's time to reveal the April kit for My Creative Scrapbook, and let me just say it is totally AWESOME!!! Pam has outdone herself and the DT has as well! Here are my projects for the month. And please don't forget to visit the website: mycreativescrapbook.com and check out the kits and the DT gallery!

This month's main kit features lots of BoBunny goodies from the Alissa line. I really got some mileage from it, I did 5 layouts, 3 cards and a little mini-book. And don't forget to check out the add-on kits as well!!!

Lots going on...

Well, we've had lots of things going on lately, I've gotten behind on my blog, on my friend's blogs, message boards and galleries and everything else! My house is a disaster and my mojo has left the building!!! I hope it comes back soon, I have DT stuff to get done!!! And the kit for MCS is awesome for next month!!!

We have been out of town, DH's Mom had surgery last Wednesday, she came home yesterday. Everything went well, but it was a long trip. We plan on going back next week. It was a good visit, just wish it had been under different circumstances.

I did get some stuff done for EMI, I did another page and 2 more cards with the My Mind's Eye Penny Lane collection. I swear, that's the most inspiring line I've seen in a long time! I love every single piece and it's a HUGE line!!!

Here are a few samples, plus one I did with Cosmo Cricket's Everafter line. I know, you're sick of wedding layouts, sorry....there's still more to come!!! LOL!

I've been playing with more goodies from my lss, I have a couple using the new Basic Grey Porcelain and a layout and a couple of cards using the My Mind's Eye Penny Lane. The design of the cards was inspired by the awesomely talented Cari Fennel. So many possiblities with these lines!!! So much fun!

Happy Monday Everyone!!!

Well, the week-end is over and the sun is shining! Not a cloud in the sky. Quite a change from the dreary, yucky week-end that we had. We had snow everywhere around us, north of us, south of us, east and west!!! But not here!!!!! I did get to scrap some, and here are some new things that I did for the store. (EMI) A layout using the new MM Flower Patch, a layout using some of the new MME Penny Lane (I love that entire collection and it's HUGE!!!), 2 cards using the scraps and a mini book using MME Bloom and Grow collection. My scanners been acting retarded so these are photos, not great with getting things straight yet! sorry!!!!!

Simple punched flower accents

I saw the cutest little flower stickers at Michaels yesterday, it was 3 little clusters of 3 small blooms with leaves. They were 5.99. I started to buy them, but then I looked closely and thought that I could make something very similar in any color. Well, thanks to my friends Debbie, Robbie and Gabi, I have been learning how to make my punched flowers have dimension. With these I just punched the little blooms in a color cardstock, then inked the centers with a shade darker. I punched the little leaves and just added a liquid pear center! Easy, fast and pretty cute!!!! I thought I'd share some pics.
