Sneaks for April MCS~

Well, it's almost time, but you have to wait till the 5th for the entire reveal. I thought I'd give you a few peeks anyway. I got the Main and Creative kits from MyCreativeScrapbook to work with this month, and they are AWESOME! Crammed with such vibrant, happy colors and flowers and swirls!!!! And the Album and LE kits are just as lucious!!! Here are a few peeks of the Main and Creative and don't forget to check on the website on the 5th for the entire reveal!

Altered Prima

Prima has a post on their blog about different ways to alter their "Innoscense" blooms. I thought it was really interesting. I did layout this month with MyCreativeScrapbook using "Strawberry Kisses" paper and the little blooms.

I used alcohol ink to try to match the vibrant color in the paper. I used Ranger alcohol ink, Red Pepper on the red and on the blue I mixed Denim and Lettuce. I just held the bottle directly to the edge of the bloom and applied drop by drop. I sprayed them with glitter after, it doesn't show well in the photo. I can't wait to play more!!!

It's Here!!!!!! Reveal Time Again!!!!

Yep, it's time for the March kits from MyCreativeScrapbook. I know I say it every month, but this month is mind blowing, the kits are just full of lucious colors and fresh new goodies! The main kit is full of Prima's new Strawberry Kisses and the Creative kit features GCD Studios Homespun Chic. Lots of Springy things to make you ready for warm weather. Which I am totally ready for. I never thought I'd say it, but....I'm tired of SNOW!!!!!! New Project - Webster's Pages

I've had the gorgeous "Winter's Wings" by Websters for quite a while now, and finally got the nerve to cut the paper!!!! I love this collection, it's one of my favorites of all time.....of any mfg., it's just got such pretty and soft colors and the artwork that Brandin does on all of her stuff totally amazes me. And I used lots of Prima goodies and a Tim Holtz mask too. Anyway, here's my latest:

Quick Card

I had some scraps from the January MCS kit featuring Lily Bee's Audrey, so I made a simple card. I used some Prima blooms, a bingo card and splattered some alcohol inks. Ten minutes tops, a really quick and simple card!!!
